Founder & CEO
Veronica founded BusinessHub in 2014, injecting over 30 years of experience in international business development to the company. She's helped clients increase their exports to Canada, Europe, Latin America and the USA. She's been involved in government lobbying projects and has been a speaker in many seminars and events about opportunities in LATAM, business cultures, and how to do business in the region.
She has lived and worked in Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Peru, Argentina, England, Italy, Scotland, the United Arab Emirates and the United States.
Veronica is fluent in English and Spanish.
Gonzalo brings over five years of experience in the development of sustainable energy projects, financial and tax reports and international business development. As Project Manager, he has assisted trade and investment agencies from the USA, Indonesia, Hong Kong and Northern Ireland achieve their objectives in Latin America. He has led the preparation of studies related to various industries including Food & Beverage, Software, Energy, Textile, Oil & Gas.
Gonzalo is also a representative of 1st West, where he engages with Chilean and Peruvian companies that are interested in being bought out by foreign investors. Gonzalo has lived in Italy, Israel, France, Norway and Chile. He is fluent in Spanish and English.
Matías is a bachelor in business administration with a master's in management & strategy. He has experience in the retail field as a business analyst at Samsung for a year. During this period, he was in charge of developing new distribution strategies and generating insights from data science from the inventory throughout retail stores in Chile. In addition, he has worked as a sales executive for financial products in BICE bank in Chile. His interest lies in helping companies with their expansion process and international trade, always searching for new business opportunities.
Also, he had the opportunity to live both in Chile and Sweden, which has allowed me to acquire a fluent level of English both in oral and written communication.
Business Development Associate
Commercial Engineer, master's aspiring student from Adolfo Ibáñez University, Diego possess a proven track record in roles within the supply and logistics industry, focusing on strategic management and Business Development for spare parts for electric buses introduced to the country in 2020. He has conducted market analysis, meticulously categorizing spare parts and components to determine optimal procurement sources. His role extended to evaluating the feasibility of sourcing from the local market versus international suppliers, particularly from China.
Having lived in both Chile and Brazil, Diego is a native Spanish speaker with advanced proficiency in English, and a basic understanding of Portuguese.
Business Development Analyst
Manuel is Peruvian, bringing over 15 years of experience in international trade promotion, market research, digital marketing, e-commerce, and business development. He has worked at international organizations in South Korea, the Netherlands, and Switzerland, with experience in Asia, Latin America, the United States, and European markets. His experience includes project management for clients in different sectors such as foreign trade, technology, mining, consumer goods, food, agriculture, investments, pharmaceutical, industrial, and tourism, with expertise in strategic planning, business intelligence, B2B matchmaking and the organization of international trade shows. He studied economics, marketing, management, digital innovation, communications, and sustainability in the United Kingdom, Spain, Peru, and the United States. He speaks English and Spanish.
Country Manager, Peru
Benjamín is a Commercial Engineer with over 3 years of working experience in different areas such as commercial area, as Business Developer for KUL SALT COMPANY achieving to seal B2B commercial agreements with private companies and government licitations. Besides, he had the responsibility of doing market research to seek new business opportunities. On the other hand, he has experience developing projects on operation and logistics for Falabella Retail S.A as Project Manager, through Data Science and digital transformation he achieved to automate different processes, optimize flow processes and do operations and expenses reports.
Benjamin has lived in Chile, Turkey (Türkiye) and Pakistan. He is a native Spanish speaker and fluent in english.
